How to proceed if the selected goods do not match your expectations or do not work as you imagined?
At Papouch, we try to be as helpful as possible to all customers, so we allow the return of goods or their exchange within 14 days of purchase, regardless of whether it was purchased in the name of a person or a registered company.
What are the conditions for exchanging or returning goods?
- Notification of the return must be made within 14 days of the purchase of the goods
- Delivery of the goods must occur within 21 days of purchase
- The goods must be in perfect condition, fully functional, including all accessories
- All settings must be reset to factory defaults (device reset)
- If the goods are delivered in their original box, this must also be free from stickers and other defects.
- The form available for download below must be completed and included with the goods sent
- If you bring the goods to our shop, we will dispense with the form
How do I make sure that the return or exchange takes place as quickly as possible?
- In case of sending by shipping service , please include the invoice , which is necessary to identify the goods and your intention.
- Send the goods to Papouch store s.r.o. , Strašnická 3165/1b, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech republic
- Return shipping is fully arranged and covered by the customer.
- The original shipping fee is not eligible for refund.
In case you have the goods for longer than 14 days, the return or exchange must be consulted individually.
Subsequently, in case of approval, you must follow the terms and procedure here on the site, except for the two- or three-week period.
